AGENTURA OSMA wins new business with FASSONŽ PP 60 Top Clear
Czech converter AGENTURA OSMA selected FASSONŽ PP 60 Top Clear for an important client that wanted to reduce its supply cost for ultra-clear film. The ability to test sample rolls played a major role in AGENTURA OSMA winning new business and satisfying its client.
FASSONŽ PP 60 Top Clear-S4000-PET30 is a new clear top-coat option for wine & spirits, beverage and home & personal care labelling. Complementing the popular FASSONŽ PP Top Clear, ANM153 top coat delivers a cost-efficient clear coat when converters want to reduce supply costs, while still producing a great-looking product.
Demand for optimised price structure
AGENTURA OSMA purchasing manager Zuzana Jurikova says they needed a competitively priced ultra-clear film solution to secure new business from a major client.
“Our business specialises in exacting, high-quality labels”, says Zuzana. “When our client asked for a better price structure for printing small-sized, perforated labels for transparent plastic boxes, Avery Dennison suggested we try ANM153 top coat with the new FASSONŽ PP60 Clear top coat. After testing a sample roll, our client was very happy with the high quality of the printed labels and immediately gave us the job”, she says.
Avery Dennison’s product manager films Joanna Wolska-Kinneging adds: “Many clients have already experienced the benefits of the new ANM153 top coat. Because ANM153 top coat comes on a PET30 liner, AGENTURA OSMA were able to use the same conversion and cutting processes they developed for BA1300 – there was no need to re-calibrate or change their die-cutting tools.
Sample rolls a major factor in winning new business
Zuzana says the ability to test sample rolls or A4 sample sheets is a great advantage when AGENTURA OSMA is competing to win new business.
Located in Zlin, and employing 30 staff, AGENTURA OSMA uses a large range of Avery Dennison products, including specialist metallised and radiant materials.
